On any given day in the city of San Francisco one can see and hear any number of talented (and sometimes humorous) street musicians. From the guy who plays the paint buckets on Market to the drum circles that bring pulsing rhythms to most every corner of Golden Gate park on the weekends, there's no shortage of music in The City. Tim Nutt realized that many of these performers could be better supported by the release of a CD with their performances on it. Thus, the impetus for Streetnote, a collection of some of the best street musicians, recorded in their live element, on the street, playing for the crowd. Tim joined the KFOG Morning Show to talk about the album.
